In the second quarter of 2025, the top tools apps on the Android platform in Costa Rica showed varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Downloader by AFTVnews saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 4.6K and peaking at approximately 6.8K by the end of June. The app also maintained a consistent number of weekly active users, rising from 4.4K to about 5.3K.

The PDF Viewer: PDF Fill & Sign app experienced fluctuating download numbers, starting strong at 7.6K in early April, dipping mid-quarter, and ending at 2K. Active users also varied, peaking at 12.4K in mid-May before declining to 9.1K by the quarter's end.

QR Note Scan&Genarate exhibited an erratic download trend but showed a recovery toward the quarter's end, reaching around 5.1K. Its active user base increased steadily from 10.9K to 15.6K.
